An Emergency leak in the kitchen going down to the next floor
The flat below identified a leak coming from my flat. Joe called me as soon as the job was posted. He organised an engineer for first thing the next more. Within the hour the problem was identified and resolved by the plumber. I also go a report out I could share with my Management company.
