I had a damp survey done prior to buying my house, as the initial home buyer report flagged high readings in several areas and recommended a specialist survey. The report I was given by A S Remedial was no more than two paragraphs in a letter, saying that no high readings were detected. The implication was that there was nothing to worry about. In actual fact, two years on, the damp issues are worse than ever and I'm about to have another damp survey done by someone who I hope is going to be more thorough.

I was impressed from the start with Dave turning up quickly to provide a quote and sending it through the same day. I also asked for some additional work and it was not a problem to pop back and add it to the quote. Dave turned up first thing on the day he said he would and with a great team of men so that the work was done even quicker than I anticipated. Considering it was a mucky and dusty job they kept it clean and tidy. I received my guarantee and invoice the same day. First class service from a really professional and polite team.

The team at A.S remidial came to remove and replace some damp plaster in my living room and hall. They went through the whole process without a glitch and explained everything they were doing to me every step of the way. They pre warned me that it's a messy job but tidied up their work space as best they possibly could multiple times. They were polite and friendly and didn't mind a quick chat when I came to make them a brew. I felt comfortable having them in my house and they were respectful. The job itself has been finished to an excellent standard! Would definitely recommend.
