Number of issues. A worker unintentionally took a set of ladders from my home - returned the next day. The loft hatch was left open leading to huge amounts of dust in the adjoining bedroom. The loft was left in a messy state. A live wire was pulled from a junction box in the loft meaning no lights upstairs - told it was likely due to using water in the removal process. Other than this suggestion no concern shown in leaving a customer with no upstairs lights. Very dusty and tap left on walls. No advice given about dust and whether safe or not. Overall, the service was acceptable.
