  Window replacement

  Men worked hard with few rests. Were polite covered everything and hoovered afterwards. They worked as a team, with quiet voices and no annoying music. I felt confident to leave them in the house while I went out. The windows look great and inside there is very little cosmetic work to do. Outside the rendering was repaired the next day. Very pleased with finished job.

  We had 5 windows replaced

  The sales staff were knowledgeable, polite and didn't push a hard sale which was appreciated. Everything went smoothly with the surveyor, but once the deposit was paid I was never contacted by Associated Windows with info on the installation process and date. I had to chase multiple times and dates promised on the phone, weren't stuck by. This was a big job and I expected more. The installation itself, I can't fault - they were brilliant and accommodating in a tricky situation with one of the bays which we really valued. Unfortunate the communication and follow through was so poor.

  Possible Warranty Claim

  I am extremely disappointed with the service from Associated Windows. One of the panes of glass in my bi-fold door shattered without being hit or damaged in any way. The door is in a living space where a child plays regularly, making the situation even more concerning. When I contacted the company, they advised me that it may not be covered under warranty, but assured me they would still submit a claim on my behalf. After waiting days with no follow-up, or offer to come and inspect the door, I discovered they had never actually submitted the claim at all.

  Composite front door.

  Very happy with Associated Windows. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly from start to finish, no pushy hard sale. We decided what we wanted, then out came the surveyor who further discussed the complete process along with our possibilities. The fitters were very proficient, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The fit and final finish was second to none. All in all good service, quality product, superb fitting and finishing all for a fair price. What more can anyone ask for. We definitely recommend Associated Windows 100%.
