Great local company - so pleased we’ve booked another job!
We had our bay windows installed by Associated Windows and couldn’t be happier with the service. Bill was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The fitters did an excellent job and left everything spotless when finished. We’re so pleased with the quality of the work that we’ll be booking Associated Windows again later this year to install new patio doors and a replacement front door. Absolutely Awful Customer Service
Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience with Associated Windows and really can't recommend them. I had 2 doors fitted and have had several problems with them. Firstly, the fitters drilled through into my newly decorated living room and I had to get my decorator back to sort it out. I then waited a long time for the job to be finished as also need my back door panel replacing, but the fitters didn't know anything about this. One of my doors had the wrong lock fitted and one has since had 2 separate leaks due to it not being sealed properly at the bottom and around the letter box. sliding patio doors
I used associated windows to supply and fit a aluminium sliding patio door because i know they have been in business for over 30 years. We placed the order and was told it would take 12 weeks . It actually took 15 weeks before being given sn install date . Two guys arrived as arranged and did an excellent job of the installation , very tidy work and professional . I am very happy with the job done and the choice of doors.
