They excepted the job but I never got a call , I then sent an email and got the same response nothing! I don’t think I will bother in future.

Contacted Rick at Assured about having our windows cleaned. Got a very quick response. I asked if they cleaned by water-pole or by hand, because the previous window-cleaner we had used a water-pole and did a sub-standard job. I was told they could do either way and I opted to use them. I was very pleased with the job they carried out and will be using again.

My previous window cleaner let me down but Richard stepped up to the mark. A great job in a most professional manner and I can’t praise him enough. In fact he now cleans all 6 bungalows in our road.
