  Drain Repair

  Posted 03 September

Move drain gully, supply and install a new uPVC gully and pipework.

Alex and Shawn are polite, friendly and professional. Shawn arrived promptly to start work on the day. The weather was a bit of a problem but he dug out the old gully and laid the new pipe in the drizzly rain. He started the reinstatement later but it was too wet to do any mortar or concrete work. Fortunately, it was dry the next day so Shawn finished the backfill and reinstated the paving and concrete, leaving it in a better condition than it was originally. These guys arrive when they say they will and do the job they say they’ll do quickly, cleanly and without fuss, even in the rain!

Replace section of cracked soil pipe

I was very pleased with pipe repair carried out by Assured Drainage. Alex communicated clearly from start to finish. As well as replacing the section of cracked soil pipe below ground( caused by root intrusion). He was also happy to look at the main drain of a 1930s house, with which I had had a few problems with minor blocking, he jetted it and dredged the U bend of the interceptor trap at no extra cost, as well as removing a redundant overground vent. Excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Assured Drainage, who are a small company, who obviously care about the work they do and their customers.

  Fantastic service

From their first visit to survey and quote, the service from Alex and Shawn has been fantastic - helpful explanations, and no doing work that didn't need doing (my job turned out to be easier than expected). Flooded drive, replacement manhole and new drain for outside tap all sorted with great humour. Thank you chaps!
