Once again first class service. Emailed a request at 6pm for an EV charger fitting, agreed at 6.20! Booked and then fitted by Josh a week later. Fourth time used this company. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. My contractor requested a straightforward job: installation of an extractor fan, 2 socket points (one next to an existing) and 3 socket faces. We agreed a price and were pressurised into paying up front. We later discovered my building contractor had already paid an undisclosed deposit which explains why we were pressurised us into making a payment up front, meaning the total cost was significantly higher than what we were led to believe. They originally tried to quote us over £1,000 for a days work. Deeply unprofessional company.

I'm pleased to say this was a REALLY positive experience with Assured Electrical Solutions; they've set the bar, moving forward. At every step of the way, there was clarity in the process and the communication, and I always knew where I was and what to expect. The work was (thankfully) simple and undertaken with professionalism by Richard. I'd highly recommend - especially if, like me, you prefer the assurance of knowing what's happening and at what stage.

Kriss turned up early to start the job, he was very polite and very professional. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the newly fitted Electric Shower, I would definitely recommend Kriss and Assured Electrical Solutions. Thank you

Easy communication via email for a tenanted property where we are not local. The contractor attended as promised, carried out the checks and promptly issued the certificate and invoice after the job. Couldn't ask for more.

I CALLED ASSURED FOR MY 2X CEILING FANS TO BE FITTED THEY HAD BOOKED ME IN AND ON THE DAY KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON WHEN THE ELECTRICIAN WAS ON THERE WAY THEY SENT ETHAN TO MY HOME TO FIT THE FANS FOR ME HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HE WAS TALKATIVE POLITE VERY TIDY AFTER THE WORKS HAD BEEN CARRIED OUT GOT RID OF THE RUBBISH AND OLD LIGHTING I HAD ALSO, HIS WORK WAS BRILLIANT HIS TIMING WAS FAB HE CAME EARLIER THAN EXPECTED WHICH WAS BETTER AGAIN. KEEP IT UP ETHAN YOU ARE A CREDIT TO ASSURED AND I HOPE THEY APPRECIATE YOU THE WAY I DO, WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
