  Fast, reliable, communicative

  Rang Hadi on a bank holiday Friday after my attempt to replace a bathroom tap cartridge went disastrously wrong. He came round within an hour and got straight to work, explaining to me what he was doing and what he needed. He cleaned everything up afterwards and took the broken stuff away. He was upfront about the cost which was very reasonable.

  Washing Machine unable to drain all the water and new re piping required

  Rang Hadi who explained he required access to look at the machine, arrived as requested with possible cost, I was happy with what would resolve the issue, as I knew it was not the machine but a previous crappy plumber’s job and Hadi was happy to refix at a very reasonable cost. Clear and good communication, very professional clean up after work and would use again.

  4 vertical radiators and 2 bathroom mixer taps and a thermostatic shower.

  Mr Hadi was very well mannered and polite. He was putcual. Came on time and had good communication throughout the jobs. He worked overtime to complete jobs. Replied to messages promptly and spent time to explain everything. Work completed to a high standard and I am a perfectionist. Good tradesmen who are also reasonably priced are hard to find so therefore would highly recommend to others.

  Toilet filling valve replacement

  I had a great experience with this plumber. They replaced the filling valve for two toilets and did an outstanding job. They responded quickly to all my messages, were polite, punctual, and very efficient throughout the entire process. They even purchased and replaced a leaky valve at no extra fuss. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll be contacting them again for any future repairs.
