Conservatory roof (part of our kitchen) replaced

As a customer focused Company, we always endeavour to ensure that customers are happy with the work that we carry out. Unfortunately, on this occasion this appears not to be the case. As can be seen by all our other reviews we do achieve this in the clear majority of cases. Unfortunately, we have not been given the opportunity with this customer to resolve any issues that he has with the product. However, the roof was fitted on time, for the quoted cost with no return visits requested by the customer for any rectification work or snagging issues. The customer has commented that he is very pleased with a well-fitted product but has still left a very negative review. As the entire job was arranged and coordinated by us, we are at a complete loss as to how the customer could have been anything but completely satisfied with the finished result and the transformation it has made to his property. We really do take these comments seriously and would have very much appreciated the opportunity to discuss this further with the customer to clarify what was meant.

Supply and fit solid roof replacement to conservatory.
Assured Warm Roof Ltd provided a good quality product. The fitters were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the results.
