I want to express a big sincere thank you to Seb of Asta Movers who gave such a positive response last week when I was in a huge panic about my house move. After 5 months of waiting, I was suddenly told that my Exchange date was in 2 days’ time and my Completion date in 12 days’ time. My original removal company could not help me at such short notice. I’m so glad I called Asta Movers because Seb’s response was not only calm, but supportive and reassuring – “Nothing is impossible” he said. Asta Movers moved the contents of my 2nd floor flat (no lift) to another second floor flat (no lift). They arrived on time and got the job done with a smile on their faces although the stairs and the heat were a killer. So many boxes... Sebastian and his team were courteous and professional. Outstanding removal service from Asta Movers. We can't thank these guys enough. Seb, mikey and Que were highly professional, polite and trustworthy. They really made us feel comfortable in our own home. They pre packed most of our goods the day before moving, making sure we had what was needed until the last minute. All goods were packed, protected and sealed where possible. Boxes were labeled so we knew where our goods could be placed in our new home. Thank you so much to Sebastian and his team at Asta movers. Absolutely first class service, they moved us out of London and back to Kent in record time. Moving out of a flat on the 3rd floor with no lift all with smiles on their faces!! Moving into our new home everything was put into its place with so much care and consideration and even when I needed something moving right at the end they did it without question. Asta movers are brilliant. Very professional and efficient, but also polite and friendly. Super speedy at packing and unloading, but also take the time to check you are happy and that everything has been put in the right room. Sebastian and Stuart went above and beyond in moving some heavy furniture in our house. They were polite and friendly but professional. They arrived when they said they would. The job proved more complicated than I anticipated but they took that in their stride. Sebastian moved us into this house 7 years ago and I have recommended him to family and friends, many of whom have used him and all of whom have been extremely satisfied with his work. I had been extremely anxious about my house move and the protection of my beloved belongings … However upon the arrival of Seb and his companion it was abundantly clear that these men were professionals . Nothing was to much trouble I felt comfortable in their company and was astounded yes astounded at the care that was taken in loading and then unloading of the van It was in my opinion not an easy job due to the size of my furniture however Seb took great care of the furniture and my new home as I watched everything fall into place almost seamlessly. Very attentive to requirements and kept us informed very well (ie texts from 6am then every hour on delivery day) This was our second move with Asta and Sebastian and Rick were very friendly and asked exactly where every item was to be put.
