    Rubbish / Waste / Clearance

    Posted 16 October

Clearance of old skirting boards, carpet and timber.

I contacted Russell at A Star Clearance and Removals for a quote to clear some old timber, broken-down pallets, cardboard and other household waste. Russell was really friendly and helpful from the start, responded quickly and was happy to work around my availability. He also offered to help with my car trouble while arranging the clearance, which was a really kind gesture and much appreciated. It’s great to deal with someone who is so approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I’d happily recommend Russell and A Star Clearance and Removals to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly service.

We had good communication in order to organise a quote and the pickup - very polite, he was available within the week and came with an extra pair of capable hands. We had everything ready and it was loaded into the van quickly and hassle free.

    Great work

Got the job done quickly and efficiently. I liked the courtesy of the team producing his licence while all the others just said they were licenced.

Emergency Rubbish / Waste / Clearance Service

Disposal of two old rise & recliner armchairs.

Russell was an extremely nice man. The chairs were very heavy but he and his colleague got them out of the house without causing any damage. I would certainly use him again for any other removals.
