Assessing faulty boiler and fitting replacement parts
I’m really glad that another firm put me in touch with Andre when the boiler in my new flat seemed faulty. He did a thorough job of diagnosing the issues, explained the options clearly, and the parts that he fitted seem to be working well. I appreciated that he was happy to try the cheaper option of replacing parts, rather than persuading me to buy a new boiler right away.
