  Changed bull valve in loft tank

  Fitting in bathroom

  I am a disabled pensioner, my plumber got covid Karl,of Astley Plumbing came to quote for the work , to replace a sink , tap, fit a worktop , make good with tiles . He was nice enough examined the materials , checked and said they were good and sent me a quote. However , he cut the work top with a hand saw and left a one inch gap where it should have fitted to the back. He made a join in the work top which was unnecessary done with hand saw and crocked , so didn't join.The sink, and work top were totally un -level miles out He blamed the materials I had bought andREFUSED to put it right.

  Repair leaking toilet; install new shower, shower door and grab rails; investigate leak under bath

  Fantastic service! Karl came to inspect the work required and took the time to outline the options. He also promptly provided detailed quotes upon request, and stuck to them! Karl was punctual and professional throughout, completed all jobs to an exceptionally high standard and cleaned up thoroughly after. Our bathroom floor has never looked so clean! A friendly guy and fantastic plumber. Will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend.

  Re fitted new dual fuel towel rail

  Karl is very profesional in his approach to the job in hand. He stepped up to the mark after we explained how a cowboy bathroom fitter left us with a leaking towel rail, he not only fixed the leak he ensured our whole central heating was working at it's best before he left.

  Repairing 2 toilets in concealed units

  Karl was recommended to me by my parents. Karl did a fantastic job fixing 2 toilets that had been installed and damaged by another plumber. He was able to put everything right and we are super grateful for his work. His quote was affordable and he is very helpful and professional! Thanks for your work Karl!   Slow draining toilet

  I was satisfied with Karl's work, he arrived when he said he would and in addition confirmed arrival within an hour. He fixed the problem, and the price was reasonable. I won't hesitate to use him again should the need arise.
