Alan started off well and made promises however all verbal and when the work started and went back on what he would do. He initially stated he will replace entire ceiling and never did this. He said he had all the fixtures and fittings already including tiles. He did not and placed orders which was not an issue. However he did not have any professional tools. Quality of tile cutting is poor. He wanted extra payment and when not agreed started criminally damaging my bathroom I already paid £8,500. The ceiling below collapsed due to him causing a leak which he never fixed. Toilets do not flush.

The job involved removing and replacing the ensuite bathroom sink and installing a new bathtub in the main bathroom. Work included safe removal of old fixtures, fitting and plumbing in the new units, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and leak-free connections. The finish was neat and tidy, with all work completed to a good standard and the bathrooms left clean after completion.
