Professional service, very efficient, the team respond quickly, they are also well organised, very capable of explaining the challenge anticipated due to complexity of the building construct, and devise a plan that works well with minimal disruption to the existing circuit or pipeline as well as any other hardware, their charging appears to reflect truly based on the equipment retail price, plus the manual effort and additional material cost. Overall speaking we are satisfied with the entire installation and service, experience is good with them.

Team came for servicing, air-con was not working properly, not blowing cold air and when switched on had a foul smell. Engineers explained exactly what is to be done and parts needed replacing. The work was done quick and clean I am extremely impressed, I highly recommend AT Cooling.

Experience with AT cooling Ltd was very positive from initial contact to finial invoice- they were quick to respond and communicated clearly with quote and details of what they proposed. Technician Alex turned up on time and got on with it, very pleasant, Knowledgeable and was happy to explain each of the processes he was going through to identify and resolve the issue, pressure test and re-gas the system. Provided advise on what to expect going forward, what we could do to help possibly extend the life of the unit. Looking to use them for Annual service going forward. Ta.
