Electrical Installation Condition Reports for two rental properties

Light fixtures checked, plug sockets moved, extractor fan fitted, plug sockets re-fitted x2, light fixtures removed x3
Adrian was very thorough. He rang me beforehand to discuss the work and he came round to give me a quote. I was very happy with the work Adrian did. For example, to move plug sockets, he had to remove a floorboard - when I returned I could see no evidence that a floorboard had been removed. I have rung him up in the past for emergency advice and A talked me through my problem for over 30 minutes. Adrian is very thorough and he is safety conscious.
