Fixing toilet.
Anthony did a brilliant job. I would definitely use him again.
Leak detection and repair of a water stopcock with a slight leak
Anthony came promptly within an hour as promised, on a Saturday no less; he was professional throughout; found the leak quickly; he went out and got the replacement part immediately as well as fixing the stopcock. He answered my questions and explained everything. He wore a mask unprompted when he saw me wearing one which was very much appreciated given I have a long term disabling health condition. He's even coming back on Monday at a time of my convenience to replace a leaking radiator valve because he was concerned about saving me money (weekend rates). Very much recommended.
Leak on toilet
Turned up within 15minutes of phone call, discussed what the problem was, had to pop out to get the part required, price quoted very reasonable. Tony was very professional in his work. Would definitely recommend him.
Fixing the shower.
Anthony answered my call straight away - emergency call out no problem. Came over within 30 mins, looked at the work, discussed with us the best way to fix it. He was made aware that we didn't want to spend much as we were hoping to fit a new bathroom soon, so he discussed the options with us. He popped out, got the parts, fixed the shower, explained what he was doing and charged us what was a very fair price for half a day's work. He was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Definitely my number one plumber.
Leak behind toilet

Tony went over and above to complete a really professional finish and paid such careful attention to matching existing finishes.
