Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Came round to give me a quote and talked through options and measure up, I didn’t feel like I was being “sold to” at all. When they came to fit the windows they were all really friendly, they took great care in their work, they cleaned up really well and left making sure I was happy with everything. Here’s a revised version: I’m thrilled with the service from Ian and Chris! Chris did the measuring and went through all the options clearly and professionally so my options were clear and he made sure I was happy with my choices. Ian fitted my front door, kitchen window, and replaced glass in another window—all with excellent quality workmanship. Both were helpful, friendly, and the follow-up to check everything was okay was much appreciated. It is clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
