It was refreshing to have a tradesman turn up when they said they would! Dean assessed the job, priced the parts sent me a detailed price breakdown with supplemental evidence of the prices.Gave me total confidence I wasn't being ripped off. Work was carried out professionally and even an issue with a part didn't stop Dean completing the work, he even drove from East Kilbride to Falkirk on aFriday night to ensure the job was completed on time. Prices very competitive, professional job carried out, clean and tidy and arrived when he said he would. No complaints, will definitely use again

We previously used Dean a couple of months ago for a boiler repair, we knew our boiler was needing renewed. On Friday we noticed a water leak from the boiler my husband contacted Dean who came out on the same day, he ensured the safety of it and arranged the materials. He very kindly moved some work around to prioritise us due to us having a 6 month old baby in the house, on arrival today Dean couldn’t have been any more helpful. The work has been done to a high standard and a very reasonable price. He left no mess at all and all rubbish taken away, we are delighted and highly recommend Thanks
