after contacting Brad with our problem he was with us within an hour. Very considerate workman as shoes and dust clothes were immediately used to minimise any dirt. Extremely efficient and friendly and job was completed in a very short time. Would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

From neighbour recommendation, first meet, to yesterdays installation, just superb. New programmer and Digital Thermostat, added by me to install last minute. Recommend the upgrade on all to give time and temperature flexibility - with full training/explanation. In addition - whilst on site, we had an old radiator needing a little T&C and a washing machine hose that had been twisted by the retailers installers - all of which Brad kindly took care of. Highly recommend & very knowledgeable

It was clear from the start that this was a very knowlegeable and experienced plumber. He repaired the fault very quickly and he would be my first choice if I needed a plumber in the future. Although he was very busy, he fitted me in between other work.

Brad and his team were great. I cannot fault the whole team both doing the work and communicating before and afterwards. Installation is working as it should. The system is quieter than the old boiler. The team took away the old boiler and left the boiler room clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in employing him again for a central heating/plumbing job.

Excellent, quality work throughout the whole experience. Brad and team, (especial thanks to Debs back in the office) called round quickly after first contact, provided a quote quickly and agreed dates for installation very promptly. We then needed to change dates for installation which he was able to do. He arrived promptly and early on the agreed morning and had the boiler installed by early afternoon. He was efficient and courteous throughout and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

Brad installed our boiler, sorted the new gas connection, resolved impossible plumbing conundrums in our old and new house, cleared up drainage issues left by other plumbers. He is a great plumber, and a hero. Lovely man to boot. Can't recommend more highly.
