  New Boiler & Hot Water Cylinder

  A very pleasurable experience from start to finish. Received a detailed quote from Martin after his visit, all proposed works were carefully explained and discussed with me and the best and most cost effective option was agreed. Turned up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, kept the hot water on for us throughout. Explained the work as it was being carried out. Tidied up and hoovered when complete, arranged for rubbish disposal- both Martin and his colleague were a pleasure to have in our home. Would 100% recommend them.

  Replace two showers, a kitchen sink and tap and one bathroom rap

  Martin was unable do attend due to an injury so he sent Employee in his place. Employee was good and carried out the work requested but there was a minor problem with the bathroom tap as it would not fit properly over the opening and Employee did his best. Since then there has been some considerable movement with the tap and I have tried to contact Martin a number of times on his answer phone, mobile and sent emails all of which have been ignored. I am unhappy with this situation and would definitely not recommend this company to anyone as there is no follow-up service at all.

  Repair of Combi Boiler

  Martin fitted us in to his busy schedule as we had no heating.He quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed the boiler. We will definitely be using him again for servicing plus any plumbing work that we need to do in the future.He told us what was wrong with the boiler and what he needed to do to repair it. Very knowledgeable tradesman who is efficient,polite and clean and tidy. He also wore a face covering when in our house.Martin also charged a reasonable price for the work carried out.

  New bathroom fitted

  Great job done on fitting a new bathroom to our specifications. Good advice given when the unexpected arose and a few extra jobs done along the way. Really nice pair of guys who were a pleasure to have in the house. Will definitely use Atlantis again for other jobs we have planned.
