The pull chord for my electrical shower was faulty and unreliable and needed fixing.
Ersin from Atlas responded to my request quickly and visited the next working day. He kept me informed as to his expected arrival on the day and was very polite when he got to my house. He identified the issue quickly and provided a replacement pull chord unit. The job didn't take too long and he left things tidy and clean in my bathroom.
