Excavate and install foundations for a retaining wall, back fill existing groundworks to required levels, build small retain wall on top of existing garage, build a small retains wall alongside some steps to create a wood store, lay porcelain slab tiles to patio and steps and grout in, install drainage, bank earth against retain wall
The price quoted was very reasonable, the team worked very hard, and quickly, the only thing which stopped them was the weather, which was quite atrocious during the course of the project. The tiles we had bought we precision made, which meant they had to be precisely laid, with very accurate spacing and no dips, and they had to line up with previously laid tiles. They achieved all this perfectly, and you could tell they knew what they were doing and that they had many years of experience. They were open to slight changes, good communicators. Garden refurbish.
Old paving and approximately 1 ton soil removed by hand through house. New enlarged patio of Indian Sandstone slabs laid. Artificial grass and golf putting area installed.
