Alice responded quickly to my initial query to fix a toilet flush . Suggested that I took photos so that she would know what parts she’d need so that she wouldn’t need to charge me for two visits. Provided a fair quotation and arrived on time to carry out the job. All done very efficiently and tidily . I cannot fault her professionalism throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her.

Fabulous bathroom makeover! Very professional, helpful and timely work. Knew what I needed before I did! Worked with a minimum of fuss and no mess. Very good competitive price. Arrived on the day expected (which is a bonus these days). Would not go anywhere else for plumbing and doing a bathroom is far from easy in the restricted space I had. Highly recommend.
