Alice and her team did a fantastic job on my bathroom refit. Alice was able to work with a mix of tiles, flooring and bathroom supplies which I'd bought and some which were either missing at short notice (delivery errors) or wouldn't work in practice (bath size/wall panels). Alice handled these items herself from local suppliers and stuck to my design while suggesting additional improvements. Communication was good and quickly responded to messages throughout the two weeks. The finished product looks amazing and everyone who's seen it has loved it too.

Replace bathroom basin and toilet - as well as renew pipework - and kitchen sink. Was challenging removal of tiled plasterboard in the bathroom which exposed already leaking pipe at cistern. All work carried out as planned with good communication throughout including about the unexpected problems.

Alice was quick and efficent. Explained everything well and resolved the issue quickly without a fuss.

A difficult job to replace a section of copper pipe near a bend that 2 other plumbers said they couldn't do. The pipe is below ground level and was repaired relatively quickly by cutting out a section and replacing it with new pipe, which was soldered in. A very competently executed repaire by a skilled plumber resuling in a high quality finish at a good price.
