  County Court Judgement

  I have a County Court Judgement against this company after they left us with a litany of issues during an extension project. Parts of their work did not conform to building regs, as identified by a RICS surveyor we were required to hire during our mediation process. The company is now in liquidation - the director filed for insolvency 3 days before our court date against them, so we never got any of our money back despite the judge ruling in our favour. Look out for these guys - they started a new company before folding this one. That company has now also been removed from Checkatrade.

  Installing partition and associated electrical work, fitting new radiators

  I really don't want to leave a bad review because Nikesh has done some excellent work for me in the past. The latest project was a disaster. The radiators leaked, one so badly that a newly laid floor had to be replaced, another I've had to cover the damaged floor with a rug. Yet another has just sprung a leak which Nikesh claims is 'wear and tear'. By chance, a mistake in an earlier job has also come to light. A hot water tank which should have been connected to the (free) hot water supply was connected to the cold. I'm now paying a fortune to heat water with an immersion heater.

  Dear Client, we apologise that you feel we have not met your expectations. We did in fact make every effort to visit your property and rightly have done so twice. The later being visited by an independent 3rd party gas safe engineer and qualified plumber. There were no issues found with the works done. Our director, has personally visited to ensure that clients are satisfied with works and as a quality check. We understand there was a misunderstanding on what was expected of the scope. However, since then one of the senior managers have clarified works were carried out as per drawings sent to you and as per agreement. Atomic Build has not deviated from the scope. Lastly, we would take this opportunity to say that we are more than happy to revisit and look at cost options should you wish to change the set up of your plumbing system at this stage. We have built years of reviews, and have done so by going out of our way and you can see the reviews dating back more than 2 years. All our staff are polite, patient and hard working who will always put the clients needs first. Thank you.
