First report highlighted a couple of issues requiring attention. The extent of the remediation work was clearly explained to me and was subsequently carried out with minimum delay, minimal inconvenience to our tenants and in a very professional manner. Barry had worked in my house 2 other times and I had no doubt on calling him for help when my hob stopped working last evening. He was at mine first thing in the morning, assessing the issue, solving it and suggesting steps forward. All for a reasonable cost. I couldn't have asked for more.
