I would highly recommend Atruss Preservation. Alex treated internal damp, restored the bridged DPC causing the issue and installed air bricks to prevent damp elsewhere. Communication was great - Alex was quick to respond and quote, and he explained clearly what needed doing and why. The area was left tidy at the end of each day so there was minimal disruption, and the works were completed on time and to a high standard. We are very happy with the service provided. We contacted Alex in regards to a minor damp issue by our front bay window and a second section of the wall, and from the first conversation over the phone until the end when we received the certificate of work and the 20 year guarantee, Alex was outstanding in his workmanship.
