Had problems with master socket my router and a broken cable

My pc was unable to connect to the internet due to router issues.

CCTV and TV aerial fitting
From start to finish I was kept informed of what was being done. Nothing was done without consulting me first. I found Andrew to be knowledgeable and informative. He was always on time and made sure he cleared up behind him.
