Excellent work: loft hatch, ladder, & lighting
From initial contact right through to completion of the job Mark has been a pleasure to work with, and has been responsive, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. We had an old metal hatch in a restricted space which I thought would be problem to convert, but Mark build a custom new frame and hatch on site to accommodate it, and with a pull down 3 section ladder. No more Tarzan antics to swing into the loft. Mark also fit new LED lighting throughout, including in the awkward to access extension space. We are absolutely delighted with the high standard of his workVerified reviewerJob location: SO45RDan G10 Lofts / Loft Ladders

Excellent service
Absolutely delighted with the work Mark has done. He replaced our old hatch with a proper ladder, topped up the insulation, raised and fully boarded the loft, and the finish is excellent. He was responsive, punctual and professional throughout.Verified reviewerJob location: SO5010 Loft Floor Boarding

Boarding of loft, installation of new hatch and ladder.
Mark did a wonderful job insulating and boarding our loft and then installing a new hatch and ladder - the quality and attention to detail are second to none. Later when we were having our new bathroom installed and needed an adjustment to the hatch and ladders, he came out the same day to make the adjustments at no charge!Verified reviewerJob location: SO50RJonathan P10 Lofts / Loft Ladders
