ATV advised me to contact Citizens Advise as television practically brand new. He also advised me to repeat my telephone call to AO.Com. I have had numerous telephone calls and emails to LG and AO. LG did promise an tv engineer but have since changed their minds due to the finance dept.

Come to look at my tv paid £45 for them to do so said they would call me back next day no contact back or reply to email. So basically come took my money with no intentions of fixing my tv

Absolutely fantastic service from Malcolm at ATV Services as he went the extra mile, liaising between me and my very elderly infirm parents. He took their broken TV away for testing and as not repairable supplied and fitted a new TV and stand to my parents exact specification. He arrived when he said he would and phoned beforehand and was just all round pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend - thank you for an excellent job.

TV had a problem following an aerial signal connection problem (affecting the block of flats I live in) had been repaired. I was unsuccessful in doing re-tunes & consistently got messages "no valid channels could be found/channel map empty". No sooner had I submitted my online request for a quote, Malcolm called. He was so helpful, patiently discussed my problem then guided me to carry out certain actions, clearly explaining. Miraculously my TV suddently successfully re-tuned and all channels returned. Problem resolved and at no charge. Highly recommend this company.

Malcolm arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule. He got on very quickly with the job in hand and was also very polite and courteous. He set up both systems and made sure they were in working order, along with making sure I understood what to do. He also left his card in case I had any further questions or needed help. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend using his services.
