9.5 Boiler repair

Having been let down by another plumber, I was pleased when Ryan responded quickly to my request on checkatrade. He attempted to repair boiler, unfortunately it’s an old boiler and repair wasn’t successful so now waiting for it replacing. With hindsight it would have been better to just replace it in first place. Ryan also completed some urgent work for my mum too. Couldn’t ask for better. I’d had problems with an unreliable plumber and was without hot water. Put a request out on checkatrade, Ryan contacted me the next day, came to assess the job and completed it without delay. Happy with service and price. Woke up to sound of overflow dripping onto conservatory roof.. no plumber I trusted after couple of bad experiences so used Checkatrade. He rang in a minute and was with me within 30 mins, went for parts and all done and dusted within a couple of hours of first phone call, new ballcock.
