Carl & the team arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The communication throughout the booking, work and aftercare was great and I would highly recommend.

We called Aughton Utilities mid afternoon, I explained that our downstairs WC had been giving off a terrible smell for a few weeks and now seemed to be slow in flushing clean. To my surprise Carl himself called around later that evening , after an inspection, he explained that there was a blockage just under a manhole in the road, he then showed us the CCTV footage , so we could see for ourselves the problem. Aughton utilities then , on our request, completed the work , even waited to check our toilet was flushing properly! What a fantastic service, Carl was really friendly, yet professional

We’ve used Aughton Utilities a couple of times and Carl always turns up as soon as we have a problem and is very thorough explaining everything he is doing. His prices are sensible and he always leaves everything nice and clean. He is super helpful.
