The 3 tree surgeons worked well as a team, clearing as they went, so all work completed rapidly and efficiently. All very pleasant and would be happy to book them again.

I had my hedges crowned by an another company who did not do a very good job and then took my money and didn’t finish their work. Luckily for me there are nice people in the world and Aurea came to my rescue. Andy and his team was able to rectify the mess left by previous company at a very good price. The workmanship was amazing. With my experience I will always recommend people read all comments left by other people before they agree to accept any jobs. Andy and his team have been exceptional and highly recommended.

We have used Andy before and once again he did an excellent job of carefully removing the trees with no disruption to surrounding shrubs. He removed all the debris and left the garden tidy. He is punctual and courteous and very knowledgeable about trees and plants.

Andy gave helpful advice about the scope of the job. He was really easy to deal with. The job was done really well and all the off-cut foliage was cleared away immaculately.

Although Andy did not carry out the works as the neighbour from where the ivy was growing took responsibility, I have no hesitation in recommending him for your future jobs. He was patient with my back and forth communication as I had to liaise with a few other neighbours and was also kind enough to offer advice on the best process in dealing with what had become an a nuisance fence cover.
