Hi , Ordered 10 windows from That supplier. Some parts of windows became completely rusty within couple Of weeks and need to be replaced. The quality of windows and parts is horrid, the quality of installation and windows insulation was poor as the cold air is coming from outside even after multiple alternations is very poor We spend 25k to make 10windows for our house. The experience is terrible at best. Please save your energy , time and money and find yourself descent providers. I regretfully daily thinking about what mistake we made by going with them.

They don't care about customers, I kept contacting them regarding a faulty door lock that I had installed by this company. They said they will send a replacement lock "tomorrow". That was 3 weeks ago. Every time I contact them either they don't reply or they say "let me check with the office and I will get back to you today" but I never received a call or a message. I even said that I will pay for that lock because I can't use the door at all and clearly explained this to them several times. After contacting them many times for 3 weeks when I tried to get in touch with them again they told me

We had mixure of aluminium n upvc windows and door fitted. Windows fitted very neat n tidy. Bi fold aluminium door looks absolutely stunning we are quite happy with the job, def recommend !!!
