James visited on numerous occasions initially using wildlife cameras to identify the issue then traps which worked very effectively. Finally the entry hole in the soffit made by the squirrel was blocked up from the outside. Very pleased with the service at a very reasonable price.

James was brilliant, came round the same day, after hours when we contacted him. Dealt with the problem, and kept us fully informed of the process and follow up visits. Highly recommended.

After a brief description of the wasp activity the day before, James arrived punctually at 9am last Sunday morning. He risk assessed the nest and carried out a full programme to firstly pacify, then remove this particularly large nest in an inhospitable location at the base of some conifers. A really professional job at a competitive price. I can wholly recommend this firm.

Left a message via checkatrade. James called that evening and promptly came round to sort out my wasp problem an hour later and the wasp problem had been sorted. Excellent service can not fault James. He was very professional and any mess he cleared up and took it away.

My mouse problem was quickly resolved and the house was mouseproofed against reinfestation. James is a pleasant young man and the cost for 4 visits very reasonable. I highly reccomend this company.

James from Aurora came round very promptly and once set up very quickly identified the source of our issue. He cleared areas both internally and externally, set traps and provided guidance. He returned a few days later to clean the traps, assess the site and provide further guidance and advice. Our problems have since stopped and James has called several times to check on progress.
