Paul came to see us quickly after we phoned for advice. He was very helpful in recommending a freesat box and new TV that we could source and purchase. He then fitted a new satellite dish for us at the same visit. Would definitely recommend.

Paul came at very short notice as we had lost Sky due to no satellite connection. I thought it was just aerial alignment. He immediately identified several possible problems with our Sky equipment and recommended that we contact Sky as they would make repairs free of charge. Could not have been more helpful and honest.

Phoned back very quickly, came out the same day. Carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Polite, cheerful and helpful. Seemed a very good price for the work and parts. Would highly recommend.

Happily recommend Paul Austin. While job transpired to be relativley straight forward, Paul not only swiftly got us sorted, he did so in friendly and professional manner (while not making us feel like idiots - not easy!). Initial commnication/arrangements with Paul was prompt and and easy and punctuality faultless. Final cost exactly as indicated previously. No hesitation in recommending or indeed using Paul again.
