    Absolutely brilliant. Great communication, was able to book appointment the next day from inquiry. Whole repair sorted in two days and that included having to order the part. Will be recommending Raphael and the company to everyone.

    The service was simply impressive.

    The service was simply impressive. From the prompt initial contact to the engineer arriving the next day, I felt reassured. I had problems with a Miele tumble dryer and a dishwasher and the engineer clearly knew his ‘stuff’. He quickly identified the problems (multi-tasking with both machines) and quickly fixed them. No fuss, no delays – just direct to the problem. I was quoted one call out price and that’s exactly what I paid. There were no hidden costs and I didn’t even need the extra parts as quoted by other tradesmen.

    Great Phone Support

    My machine errored out at the end of the day on Friday. They were super helpful walking me through how to unlock it and trouble - shoot the basics on my own to determine if repair is needed. In the end, I was able to fit it myself, but I couldn't have done it without their help. They were great!

    Good value for money

    They were able to come the same day as my call. I was given a time frame. I received notification 20 mins ahead of arrival. Raphael was helpful, positive, identified the issue and tidied up afterwards. The charge was very reasonable.
