    Steve squeezed me into his schedule at the last minute as I was worried about the forecasted rain and being unable to close the sunroof plus the car was completing unsecured with the roof open. He worked at solving the problem and was determined to solve this........and he did!

    Steve Facey, has been brilliant at repairing our VW T-Cross. He succeeded where the VW dealership technicians in Citygate, Watford failed. I had taken the car on 4 occasions to the dealership, and their technicians could not find any fault with the car. Steve test drove the car and identified the issue in minutes. He ordered the car parts, made the repair, and delivered it to me in just a few days. I have been driving it for a month now, without any issues. He was recommended to me by a family member after Steve repaired their car promptly and professionally. He's highly recommended!
