    Autostartuk recommendation

    Steve is a highly competent mechanic. He diagnosed the problem with my car quickly and accurately, making temporary adjustments to the gear shift cables so as to make the car drivable. He fitted the new gear shift cables at a mutually convenient time and date and at a good price. Dealing with Steve was a pleasant experience and I will certainly use his services when the need arises.

    Car dashboard light investigation and reset

    Lovely staff who took on board that I was worried about the warning lights and came out the same day to make sure the car could be safely used on the school run. Friendly and prompt. Much appreciated!

    Stephen Facey, mobile mechanic. Highly recommended.

    It was a pleasure to deal with Steve. He arrived exactly when he said he would and diagnosed precisely the problem with my car, explaining clearly what was wrong and that new gear linkage parts were required. He made adjustments to the gear linkage and made the car driveable again. He also gave me the information needed to order the parts. All in all Steve gave excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone needing a mobile mechanic.

    Prompt and skilled service

    Steve responded promptly to my request for work on an automatic gear selector. He analysed the issues and got down to fixing it, lasting several hours. Given the work involved, his final price was very reasonable. Would use again.

    Nissan qashqai front suspension control arms replacement.

    I contacted a few mobile mechanics to help me with my Nissan qashqai and Autostart answered first and I'm glad they did as the mechanic who came out to me was very good and did an excellent job on my car.
