  I was very impressed with AV1 from start to finish, their communication was first class and they kept to the schedule. The working area was always cleaned up during the works and was left tidy when everything was completed. Parts and equipment were ordered and delivered correctly. I would be happy to recommend AV1.

  Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Not only do you get a first rate job, but they are also friendly, and considerate of the work they are carrying and potential issues for kids in the house, which as a parent on my own, was very much appreciated. Even cleaned up every evening before they left! My house was cleaner during the work phase than since! They took my plans and made them reality and I have been absolutely delighted with the results

If you want builders that will really look after you these are your guys!! Nothing is too much trouble, they do it with a smile come rain or shine! Made one of my dreams come true Thanks Lads

They were really helpful, kind and patient and also no messing about job was booked in and the work carried out within a few days of calling for a quote. They also cleaned up after them selves and left everything tidy All round a great team, a complete pair of gems!!

• Skimming ceiling to change from artex to smooth

  Once again AV1 came good. They are extremely capable, and, more to the point, no job is too small. We have been refused by others because we only wanted a ceiling skimmed. Ade and Viv said they would fit us in when they could. They were prompt, and the job was a ½ day finished. The guys cleaned up as was expected, and gave advice on painting tge ceiling. Once again, cant recommend AV1 building enough. Give them a shout, you eo t be disappointed.
