The initial visit was very informative allowing us to make a decision on the type of flooring quickly. Measurements were taken and a verbal quote was given, quickly followed by a more formal quote. At no point did we feel under pressure to proceed. A fitting date was arranged to suit us which Avana helpfully changed later due to a hospitalisation. The fitter arrived on time and the work completed within the time frame given. The fitter (Troy) was very tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. We cannot fault the finish and proved everything we hoped for.

I would highly recommend Avana flooring . We recently contacted them having seen them working locally to our home. We needed new carpets in a rental apartment that we own. It's on the 3rd floor so it's quite a challenge logistically. Everything went very smoothly and seamlessly from the initial survey and choosing carpet to the fitting. The two fitters were clearly very experienced and were not phased by the fact that the apartment is 3rd floor. They carried out their work with great attitude and were confident and professional. Very polite and obliging guys. All in all a great experience!

Avana were great, I’m so pleased I decided to buy my carpets from their family run business. Each individual I met; the carpet fitters and the sales man were all friendly and helpful. I asked the fitters to leave some old grippers for the under stairs cupboard so I could carpet this myself; however, Steve said he’d give me fresh grippers and after having some spare carpet left over he offered to fit the cupboard carpet: I’ve been really impressed with the service. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you to the team
