Very good communication from Jack, turned up on time and did a speedy job and was super friendly. Very efficient getting the report to us which we needed.

We needed the gas pipe to our fireplace cut and capped. Jack responded within 5 minutes of us posting the ad, and we arranged a time for the next morning. He arrived right on time, completed the work efficiently, and even went the extra mile to secure a cap on an additional pipe we were worried about. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and charged a very fair price. Highly recommended!

We recently used Avenue Heating and were very impressed with the service. He was punctual, professional, and polite throughout, and treated our home with great respect. On both occasions he clearly explained the problem and the options available to fix it, which we really appreciated. The work was completed to an excellent standard, and the price was fair. We would thoroughly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues.

Excellent service replacing my boiler from the speed of response, booking an appointment for a survey, sending quotes, through to the quick installation at a good price. Very professional and polite at all times, worked exceptionally hard on installation day and left the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the work and highly recommended.
