Will was amazing and his communication is Excellent. He spoke to me in plain English and didn’t presume I’d know anything about his world. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within 48 hours of the original call. He is knowledgeable and highly professional. Couldn’t recommend enough and would defiantly not hesitate to give him a call again. We were experiencing really bad smells coming from our en suite shower. We tried several DIY remedies but none worked so decided to get a professional in. Will got back to me quickly and came the next day. He conducted an initial survey and then power washed the drains. The price was as agreed and very reasonable.
