Paulin and his team have totally transformed my garden with a new patio, artificial grass and new fencing . The guys are very hardworking and very respectful I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .

I recently used Avia to fully refurbish (back to brick inside, new eveything) one property and a part refurbishment on another. I would highly recommend Paulin and his team. They all have an amazing work ethic and all work was completed to a very high standard. I was provided with regular updates and any issues where highlighted to me immediately in order for us to work out a solution. I would definitely use Avia Property Services again 5🌟

Following a 2 storey house extension, our garden was a total mess. Paulin and his guys transformed it into a lovely space. They were full of ideas, helping us along the way with really honest advice. Price was good, they completed it when they said they'd complete it; they were really polite, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. Paulin, I promised you nearly a year ago that I'd stick a review on here when it was done and I'm so sorry it's taken me this long to do it.....we've been enjoying the garden too much!!!. Seriously, these are really good guys who generally care about great service

Paulin and the crew were great. Sorted out a terrible mess in our back garden and laid an excellent concrete base for our shed. Huge amount of material shifted quickly and they even found time to widen our front drive. Highly recommend

Very good professional company and reliable. All work carried out at a fair price agreed at the beginning of work( with no added costs) will be using them again soon
