Don’t use stay away. Fitted boiler didn’t register the boiler. Then didn’t register warranty. Lost the warranty. Didn’t respond to calls at all. Refused to answer calls couldn’t locate them.

Had a quote from Jack himself, requested 50% deposit before the job. On the day we found out he had a subcontractor to come install my boiler which was 2 hours late, doesn’t want to repair my roof which he had to put a new hole for the flue, when question said they’re not roofers, not their job! The rubbish was not taken away. I was disappointed with the work carried out and the communication, it took him 6 months for him to register the warranty.

Came to my property about 2 weeks ago seemed like a rude arrogant salesman then made me make a deal and place a deposit on a boiler which was too expensive called straight back and the next day to cancel and within my legal cancellation rights but have been told I can not have it back even though I was told on Friday evening to send a email to cancel and I would get my deposit back!! By the way I was given no paper work and no receipt etc very small company can’t be doing that well to rip off its customers and customers of any legit company would have given a receipt and paperwork
