    Pitched roof repair with additional work

    Do not consider these guys for any work. They're quick to provide a quote and do the work but will exploit you and overcharge you for the work. Repeated requests for invoice and pictures requested but just get ignored. Very disappointing experience and will not consider in the future.

    Facia and guttering

    Disgusted quote went from £750 to £2000 because his mate quoted £2500 he told us he was cheaper, all he did was take wood off put battens up and charged us extra £1250 but unfortunatley the window as to come out and the facia taken off so we will take pictures of the battens that cost us £1250 and we will send them to trading standards we are pensioners and feel we have been conned.

    Chimney work

    Original request was to get a cap on a chimney that had a lot of rain coming down it. John came quickly and surveyed the Chimney. Took photos and showed us the damage to the chimney and stack. Removed the chimney and made it safe immediately. Agreed a reasonable price to complete repairs and returned quickly. Did a great job and again took photos to show us the results. Job was done really quickly with very little disruption. Good value, friendly, efficient and honest. Would highly recommend

    Nice guys but the quote went from £750 to £2000 because it needed wood renewing to put the new facia on the bay window but we got no invoice paid cash.

    Replace guttering

    Absolutely shocking service. A number of issues were raised with them but they were not fixed. They also tried to charge extra on what was quoted. Now needs completely replacing and I’m now out of pocket paying for a bad service. Taking advantage. Job also done by a single person, when needed at least 2 people to do successfully.
