AVM Construction have completely transformed our garage, creating a gorgeous "granny flat". They took it from bare brick to a beautiful, airy and spacious living area, including downstairs living space, mezzanine bedroom with roof windows, patio doors to the garden and generous walk in shower room. The team were incredibly efficient with great attention to detail. They cleaned up every day and were a pleasure to be around. Any issues were relayed and dealt with quickly. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Mike, Varis, and the team, especially Sam - all extremely polite, friendly, tidy and punctual. Varis has a very strong customer focus and attention to detail, which means that everything is completed to the highest quality. All payments discussed and agreed. Yes there were extras, but all explained and agreed up front. Varis also made some fabulous recommendations which have enhanced the final building. It definitely has the wow factor and we are delighted in every aspect. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. Varis and his team have been brilliant throughout - helpful, polite, hardworking and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. Nothing had been too much trouble and they’ve even vacuumed up any mess each night! I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely use AVM in the future. Value for money was also excellent and we now have a beautiful bathroom to be proud of.

Great job by AVM construction, they installed and fitted out a utility room and uplifted our kitchen. They worked very hard and were professional throughout; keeping us informed and providing advice readily. From build to fit-out they maintained a high standard, the job was always in safe hands. A really pleasant and knowledgeable team, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
