Level 2 servicing of combi-boiler
Mike arrived at the agreed time. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. The boiler has a function to change the power output depending on how many radiators and the what is needed. I was unaware of this and Mike explained it, counted the radiators and estimated an output that would be needed and reduced the power. He explained this should save over 30% of the current amount of gas I use which will make heating the house cheaper! He spent as long as needed to do a thorough job. He’s trustworthy and friendly and also a qualified plumber. I can’t recommend him enough

Gas cooker disconnection and capping off the gas pipe.
Mike from Avon Plumbing was a great tradesperson with excellent communication skills. He complied with my request beforehand to see his gas safe card on arrival and this was produced without prompting, on his arrival. The work carried out was completed efficiently and any mess was tidied up immediately. I cannot praise Mike enough and he must be a great asset to the company.

Mike has carried out quite a few jobs for us and every time his work has been top quality. His attention to detail is second to none which, when it comes to gas, is very important. He was always punctual and very tidy. Highly recommend.

Boiler service, range cooker gas installation, general plumbing
Mike was great! We'd had some troubles with another plumbing company and he really helped us out. He did a full service on the boiler - replacing quite a few parts and it's now working really well, installed a gas pipe for our new range cooker, plumbed in our washing machine and installed two towel rails, and was just really reliable and helpful, and all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Thanks Mike!
