Genuine people and excellent work l would recommend and use this company again. No more leaks on my roof . Top marks!

Work began early June. Concrete had to dry so plastic seal was left. Weather turned rainy. Since then I have contacted this company at each opportunity of dry weather, to get the task finished. They forget or "will send someone round" who never actually arrives. A tile near the chimney work they did fell off and their new concrete lets in the rain so I have damaged wallpaper in the room beneath the repair. They have started making excuses for non attendance and now all their phones are on voice mail only. I paid £2000 for an improvement, it isn't finish and now the roof is worse.

I called for a quote, John came out within the hour and the work was completed before the weekend was over. Very pleasant to deal with, well mannered and extremely knowledgable. I phoned with a description of the problem in the morning. They turned up bang on time later that morning and the job was arranged and done later in the afternoon. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

John came to view the job the day after I called to request a quote. He provided a competitive quote and the next day the scaffolding was being installed. By the Monday afternoon the work was complete and the chimney was safe. I found John and his team to being extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to have onsite. The quote was excellent and the job was completed on schedule. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
