  Fixed broken boiler

  The problem was identified and fixed very quickly. Amazing service as I phoned Heath on Sunday evening and he came straight round.

  Fitted a Baxi wall mounted Condensing Boiler with condensating pipe

  Fairways is Unreliable ( installation date/time changed twice, knowing we had no HW or CH, plus date/time of every remedial work appts time changed after confirming). Rushed work (incorrect fitting of the condensate pipe leading to dripping, not checking wiring resulting in an unnecessary constant supply of CH and HW, not fully lagging pipes and applying cable ties, condensate pipe not fitted in line with Installation Guidelines re angle of descent all of which required remedial visits). Ill-equipped (did not carry pipe lagging, cable-ties, drill did not have power, left).

  Heath fitted a smart (hive) thermostat system (hub, receiver and thermostat)

  Heath was great - very knowledgeable and offered us plenty of useful advice on how to use our new thermostat as well as our heating system in general. He was really friendly and COVID compliant. Completed the job within 4 days of us contacting for a quote and offered a very fair rate for the work done. 10/10 would recommend.
