Aaron quickly identified the issue and completed the work to a high standard. The whole area was completely tidied up afterwards. Great communication around work needed with good updates on progress. Was reassuring when advice was needed, at the original quote I was aware that there might be a price increase, as the damage was unseen before removing tiles. The final price was agreed before more remedial work started. Will book again if ever needed and would highly recommend.

Aaron and his team turned up promptly and kept us well informed on progress. The need for chimney repointing had not been included in the scope of work at the time of the initial quotation but was added and carried out at reasonable additional cost. All work was finished within the expected time and the site was left in a good tidy state on completion. Very satisfied with all aspects of the contract.

Great communication, was very professional and knowledgable. They were timely and did a great job. Even replaced a few tiles which were broken during the work. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Good communication with Aaron before, during, and after the work. Aaron and Brett arrived at the time agreed and removed the aerial carefully (the aerial was above solar panels, so I am very pleased they approached the job thoughtfully and with care). I would definitely use A Watts Roofing again.
